In January 2010, there was a visit of the Kulikov Innovation Center to Silicon Valley.
As part of the program, Vadim Kulikov, the director of the center, visited one of the Valley’s most successful Technological Parks, the Plug and Play Tech Center, and held a series of meetings with representatives of investment banks working in the innovation segment.
One of the most interesting topics for Silicon Valley’s innovation community was a presentation of promising Clean Tech technologies and projects of the Innovation Center that have had successful start-ups in Russia and are planned for launching in the U.S. and Europe.
“We hope that the experience and smoothly running system of implementing venture projects that exist in Silicon Valley will allow us to successfully develop venture projects both in Russia and abroad. This will allow us to combine resources and accumulated experience in developing innovation companies focused on international cooperation and will provide Russian technologies with new opportunities to enter global markets,” Kulikov noted.
