If you have ever been to the Silicon Valley a startup monument has probably been introduced to you. It is a garage where Hewlett and Packard, recent graduates of Stanford, founded their future corporation in 1939. A plate with a note that the Silicon Valley starts from here is fixed into a loan in front of a neat house. The garage and the house were bought 8 years ago, they were redecorated – that’s all the monument.

An impact for such inspiration can be different: news sticked to memory, somebody’s note, a reel of sci-fi movie. Here comes my brain offering variants of managing the Mexican Bay ecology wreck.

My name is Vadim Kulikov. I’m a curator of the Innovations Center and you are on our website now. But primarily I’m an inventor and my personal experience approves the truth of a wise ancient saying – ideas move the world. Thanks to civilization we seldom think about the fact that a lot of things used to be just ideas before they became real. People need ideas like they need water, air, the sun, like life itself. And the quality of life depends on the most spectacular and sensible ideas and their implementation.
